A major market haircare company wanted to create a multi-brand loyalty rewards program for its thousands of hairstylists across Canada. The first-of-its-kind program needed a name, an identity, and structure. Working together a partner agency, we facilitated discovery sessions with internal stakeholders, and user interviews with stylists, to create a unique product ready to change the market.

A futures-focused design consultancy wanted help revising its brand messaging and updating its web content to coincide with a visual rebrand. Clap Clap Creative conducted an audit of the current site, writing and editing content, and recommending updates to brand messaging, as well as suggestions for Plain English simplifications to make the complex wording more accessible. The result was a website content overhaul and new website architecture.
