The cannabis disrupter.

After years building a cult following in the illicit cannabis market in Canada, this iconic brand realized it was high time to shake up the legal market. But how to you re-launch yourself to the masses without selling out to your loyal legacy customers? Working with a partner agency, we helped position this cannabis brand for market domination - with a new brand identity that both honoured its history and set it up for mainstream success.

The engineers.

One of the largest structural engineering firms in Ontario needed a facelift. Over 50+ years they’d built a huge client base and have been responsible for countless high-rise engineering projects in the GTA and Southern Ontario. But they never had a clear brand. To help them succinctly describe themselves, and attract and retain new talent, we jumped right in.

The haircare giants.

A major market haircare company wanted to create a multi-brand loyalty rewards program for its thousands of hairstylists across Canada. The first-of-its-kind program needed a name, an identity, and structure. Working together a partner agency, we facilitated discovery sessions with internal stakeholders, and user interviews with stylists, to create a unique product ready to change the market.

The futurists.

A futures-focused design consultancy wanted help revising its brand messaging and updating its web content to coincide with a visual rebrand. Clap Clap Creative conducted an audit of the current site, writing and editing content, and recommending updates to brand messaging, as well as suggestions for Plain English simplifications to make the complex wording more accessible. The result was a website content overhaul and new website architecture.

The bio-pharmacy.

With huge global ambitions, this start-up pharmaceutical cannabis company needed brand messaging that reflected its vision. In support of a partner agency, we worked closely with the company’s executives to create the brand vision, mission, values, and positioning statement, as well as formalizing their plans into a comprehensive investor deck.
